Competition Guidelines and Rules

 

Where:  Royal Palm Beach Commons Park, 11600 Poinciana Drive, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411

 

Booth size: 10 x 10. All vendors are allotted a 10 x 10 space, tent rental information will be sent to you upon your approval of acceptance. If you need more space, you must purchase an extra booth. Vendors are allowed to provide their own tents. 

 

Entry Fees: $150  Paid by Credit Card on Website

 

Staff Passes: Competitors will be provided 3 staff passes to the staff area per vendor booth, additional staff passes can be purchased at $15. 

 

Parking: You will be allowed one on-site vehicle pass, in the vendor parking lot. All other staff parking will need to be in the regular parking lots during the event.

    The mission of the Big Heart Brigade is “Coming to the Rescue” supporting those in our communities, including First Responders and our U.S. military, through “Big-Hearted” individuals, families, companies and faith-based organizations.
