Booth size: 10 x 10. All vendors are allotted a 10 x 10 space, tent rental information will be sent to you upon your approval of acceptance. If you need more space, you must purchase an extra booth. Vendors are allowed to provide their own tents.
Vendor Fees: $100 – Paid by Credit Card on Website
Staff Passes: Vendors will be provided 2 staff passes to the staff area per vendor booth, additional staff passes can be purchased at $15. If Vendor staff wishes to purchase Food & Beverage wristbands will be provided at a discounted rate of $65.
Parking: You will be allowed one on-site vehicle pass, in the vendor parking lot. All other staff parking will need to be in the regular parking lots during the event.
